Welcome to Pixieval

a medieval themed 2D-pixelart tile-set

I'm Lisa, a beginner pixel-artist from Germany. I love medieval themed stuff, like games, crafts or movies. Hence, I started with a medieval themed 2D pixel art tile-set.

I plan on releasing more additional tiles for this set, so feel free to ask me for specific tiles/objects in the comments :)

Tile-Size: 16x16

Please note: The preview image files (shown here) have a watermark on them, this is just to prevent people from just copying my image instead of buying it. If you purchase and download, there will be no watermark - of course. The original color can be seen here:

This Tileset includes the basics:

• Top-Tiles with grass
• Bottom-Tiles with crumbling dirt
• Middle-Tile with dirt
• Corner Pieces in and out
• Slopes 1 and 2 Tiles wide (while going 1 Tile down) (stackable of course)
• 1 wide / 1 high Tiles
• slim slopes

It also includes 4 objects to get you started: 

• Chest
• Berry Bush (e.g. decorative)
• Apple (e.g. collectible, like coins)
• Sign (give more information to players)

I also added more objects and a tile in "additional Tiles":

• 3 Potion Variants
• checkpoint and end-goal flags
• coin 
• 2 gems
• stones and a tree
• key
• cave entrance Tile
